We don't accept students below 18 years of age.

If a parent wants to enrol their son/daughter purely for educational purpose, they need to contact us first and explain the rationale.

We will evaluate on a case by case basis.

We do not guarantee any returns.

Any professional stock market participant knows that it is impossible to predict with certainty how the market will move. Returns are always subjected to market risk.

We do not believe in get-rich-quick schemes and neither should you.

Join our courses only to learn the art of investing and trading.

We do not offer any refunds because of the nature of services.

We do not allow downgrades from Ultimate Traders Program to Elite Traders Program.

This is especially important to note if you are enrolling on installments.

You cannot stop paying the installments and ask to be downgraded to the Elite Traders Program.

Selling or distribution of our courses is illegal and unethical.

If any student is found to have redistributed the content or shared access, the Institute will immediately terminate their course access and take strict legal action.

We will file a criminal suit in the court of a First Class Judicial Magistrate / Metropolitan Magistrate.

The minimum punishment for infringement is imprisonment for six months (extendable to three years), with a minimum fine of Rs. 50,000 (extendable up to Rs. 2 lakhs).

The confidentiality of our students is of utmost importance to us.

We NEVER share any information (name, phone number, email ID, address etc.) with anyone.

We don't create any private Telegram or WhatsApp group precisely because we don't want others to reach out to you through us.

We strictly adhere to the guidelines laid out by SEBI regarding investment advice.

We never give any stock tips or recommendations.

Elite Traders Program: Live sessions for 6 months. Beyond that, students can attend live/knowledge sessions by paying a fee. Recordings of live sessions are available for 1 week from the date of the session.

Ultimate Traders Program: Access for 12 months (or 50 sessions). Beyond that, students can attend live/knowledge sessions by paying a fee. Recordings are available for 1 week. Extension of access is subject to availability.

Course content is released as per a predetermined time-based schedule in a phased manner over the first few months.

This ensures students complete all lessons, quizzes, and assignments without skipping ahead.

The schedule is the same for all students of the same batch, whether paid in full or installments.

This schedule is maintained automatically by the system.

We do not call or excessively follow up about pending installments, and we do not charge additional fees for paying in installments.

Students must make installment payments on or before the due date. Failure will cause automatic account deactivation.

There is no provision for partial access based on number/amount of installments paid.

If installments are not paid within the 2-week grace period, the student will not be allowed to continue.

In rare exceptions, the student must pay the full remaining amount plus a late fee for every day delayed.

If delayed by one month or more, the course resets automatically — all progress is lost and the student starts from the beginning.

Students who need time to catch up can pause live sessions once, for a maximum of 3 months.

During this period, students should watch the foundation videos.

No exceptions are made.

We strongly believe in fostering a warm, supportive environment.

We have a zero tolerance policy towards misbehavior and bad language.

All calls and conversations are recorded.

The institute reserves full right to take action including termination of the course.

Our responsibility is to trade live on live trading session days, show that day's P&L, and explain the thought process.

Apart from that, we are under no obligation to share trades on other days or any other trading-related information.

In case of any disputes about course access or live sessions, VRD Nation reserves the right to take the final decision.
