YOUR
ONBOARDING GUIDE
You are about to get into a very intense learning program so we want to make sure you get a good start. Please make sure to read this onboarding guide very carefully and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
Let’s first start with the core principles and the rules of our engagement.
Our Core Values
Learn all these things
Student Experience is Paramount
Your learning experience is our number 1 priority. Everything else is designed around that. We will keep striving for making the student experience better.
Always Ready to Listen
Since you, the student, is our top priority, we are always here to listen to your suggestions, requests or complaints. We can’t promise we will solve each and everyone of them right away but we definitely are going to try hard.
Keep Experimenting & Learning
We strive to keep ourselves up to date with the latest technologies and developments in the stock market. That way, we keep ourselves and our students ahead of the game.
Teach A Man (or Woman) to Fish
As the old saying goes, give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. In the same way, we focus on teaching the concepts of trading rather than giving off stock recommendations.
Highest Level of Integrity
Integrity is doing the right thing- each time, and every time. We take pride in what we do because no matter whether it is convenient or not, we always go with the right thing.
No Sales Pitches. Ever.
We hate sales pitches just as much you do. We will never try to sell you any more product or services. You focus on learning and we focus on teaching- that’s the only objective.
Expectations from Students
This is what we expect from our students
Work Hard
Be ready to work hard. There are no shortcuts to success and there is definitely not one in the stock market.
Slow & Steady
Results in the stock market don’t happen over time. Keep learning with the intent of learning. Making money will just become a byproduct of that.
Don’t Make Expensive Mistakes
Preserve your capital. Do not waste your capital on expensive mistakes. Go through the course first before trading with any serious capital.
Talk to Us
Since you, the student, is our top priority, we are always here to listen to your suggestions, requests or complaints. We can’t promise we will solve each and everyone of them right away but we definitely are going to try hard.
Keep an Open Mind
As the old saying goes, give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. In the same way, we focus on teaching the concepts of trading rather than giving off stock recommendations.
Enjoy the Process
Learning to trade is not going to be easy but that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun. Trading can be one of the most rewarding activities you would do so don’t forget to have fun while learning.
NOW, LET’S FOCUS ON
HOW THE COURSE WILL BE DELIVERED
The program is composed of 3 main parts. Let’s understand each and every part very carefully.
1. Knowledge Sessions
Recorded videos for learning the concepts
The concept part of the program is delivered via knowledge sessions (i.e self-paced recorded videos). These lessons can be accessed online via our Learn Platform).
Now, in order to make sure that the students finish all the lessons in order, we provide the course access sequentially. It basically means that you can’t just jump over to future sections without spending enough time on the current sections.Â
We don’t want our students binge-watching the lessons – we want them to absorb the content at a steady pace and relate that to their learning from the Live Strategy Sessions and Live Trading Room.
You can check the exact date of when any particular topic would be available by just clicking on the lesson.Â
Here’s the general distribution of content across time:
Sections 01 to 08: weeks 1-3
Sections 09 to 13: weeks 4-6
Sections 14 to 18: Â weeks 7-9
Sections 19 to 21: weeks 10-11
